Delivery Information

Where we deliver to
We deliver to the whole of the UK including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands and the Channel Islands. We can also deliver to BFPO, but we request that customers contact us first, before placing an order. We are not able to deliver to Eire.

What it costs
For mainland UK, excluding certain remote areas (see below) our standard delivery charge is £4.99. For orders over £29 delivery is free.

* Note that for sales to the Channel Islands we charge an administration fee equal to the VAT that would be charged on UK sales.

When it will arrive
We aim to deliver all orders within three to four working days. Certain products, such as those that are personalised or hand-finished, may take longer to be despatched and this is indicated on their product pages.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday and we are not able to commit to deliver on specific day. If you are not at home the delivery team will leave a note with contact details so that you can arrange another attempt. You may find it more convenient to have the parcel delivered to a work address and you can opt for this during the checkout process.
