WHERE DO WE DELIVER?
We deliver to the whole of the UK. For shipping to ROI, BFPO and the Rest of World please contact us for a delivery cost quotation.
Delivery is free on orders of over £49.99. For mainland UK orders of £49.99 or less, our standard delivery charge is £5.99.
NEXT DAY & SATURDAY DELIVERY SERVICES
Most of our items are available on a Next Day or Saturday Delivery Service* This service is available at checkout for an additional delivery charge of £6.99 in addition to any Standard delivery charge which may apply.
Next Day Delivery is available for items ordered by 12.00 Midday, Monday – Thursday.
Items ordered for Next Day Delivery on Friday by 12:00 Midday will be despatched for delivery on the next working day i.e. Monday.
Items ordered for Next Day Delivery on Saturdays and Sundays will be despatched for delivery on the next working day after processing on Monday. i.e. Tuesday.
Saturday Delivery is available for items ordered at any time up to 12:00 Midday on any Thursday. Saturday Delivery is not available for items ordered after this time. If items are ordered after 12:00 Midday on any Thursday, your order will be scheduled for delivery on the Saturday of the Following week.
*Next Day & Saturday delivery is only available in mainland U.K. and is not available for any postcode areas which may incur additional delivery charges as in the schedule below**
Larger items identified as a two-man delivery or bulk orders may not be available for this service. Please contact our helpful customer services department on 0800 157 7265 should you wish to discuss any aspect of our delivery process.
Additional charges may apply for deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, the Channel Islands Ireland, BFPO, Rest of World and the Channel Islands(Note that for sales to the Channel Islands we charge an administration fee equal to the VAT that would be charged on UK sales). Additional delivery charges will be advised prior to shipping for approval. A full list of UK postcode areas which incur additional delivery charges can be found below*

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Delivery is usually 3-5 days from order, however during the festive period delivery may take up to 7 days. Certain products may take longer to be dispatched and this is indicated on their product pages by our 2-man delivery icon. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a despatch notification email. Deliveries are usually made Monday to Friday although we may not be able to commit to delivery on a specific day except for larger items which require two-man delivery. You may find it more convenient to have the parcel delivered to a work address and you can opt for this during the checkout process.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If you wish to return all or part of your order for any reason, you must notify us by telephone on 0800 157 7265, within 14 days of receipt of your goods, and obtain a Return Authorisation Number
If your order is damaged or faulty in any way, please call us immediately on the same number. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or because you are unhappy with the product, the goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
The extent to which you can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop.
We will arrange a collection for you but you may be liable for the cost of return carriage which may be deducted from any refund. Please ensure the Return Authorisation Number is marked on the outside of the package and can be clearly seen.
We will process your refund within 30 days of the notification. We normally refund to the card you used to pay for the goods. This usually takes 5 working days.
